The owners treated us like family. We loved the amazing mountain view from our room. The culinary offerings were a highlight, each dish prepared with personal touches that showcased international influences.

Interior has been modernised recently, very nicely done in cosy minimalist style. Restaurant and service are excellent.

There is quite a bit of traffic, with windows open you wake up at 6am... Hotel promotes fitness facilities whilst they are at a 5 minute walk and not very up to the high standards of the hotel.

Had a good stay! The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the eggs and pancakes made fresh upon request. I also loved the stylish bathroom, but the room was a bit small.

Beautifull modern renovated hotel in the centre of Meiringen, with very friendly and helpfull staff. Great breakfast buffet and a fine restaurant. Our room was light, clean and pleasant to stay in. We would definitely recomend this hotel!

A little fridge in the room would have been nice and the diner prices in the restaurant are relatively high. Because of perfect location in the centre it's easy to find an alternative restaurant nearby.

The hotel is just a few steps from the train station, and the short walk to iconic spots like the Hasli-Museum and gorgeous natural trails made my weekend strolls lovely. The staff were friendly and provided great tips on what to see nearby, ensuring I.

The warm welcome from the owners. The medium double room was cozy, and we loved the personal touches in the meals, culinary masterpieces infused with international flavors. The fresh fruit provided was a good touch!

Great way to end our trip. Wonderful facilities and absolutely superb breakfast with freshly cooked eggs or omelette and pancakes to order, as for instance. Location near the Hasli valley and the cable car and restaurants, a bookshop and two supermarkets.

Loved the decor inside, and the rooms were great. Food was very good, and the hotel was well run. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I can see why they have repeat customers. We stayed here 2 nights, and it was our favorite hotel of the holiday.

Clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The waitress at the hotel restraunt, Karen, was very helpfull with suggestions of things to do, places to go and see, and routes to get there.

Attention to detail on everything that would make guests feel very comfortable, at home; e.g. plates of dried/fresh fruits and nuts in various places give a very warm welcome to guests. Simon's cuisine was definitely the best, something to look forward to after a day's outing in the Alps.
